R1-M1
Notes: This is a South African rocket-assisted rifle grenade popular with mercenary units. Armscor had stopped producing it by 1994, but production began again in 1996 for South African forces. The weapon is a HEAT grenade based on the French Super Energa RFL-75, being slightly lighter and more effective. It may be fired from any assault or battle rifle (and some submachineguns and automatic rifles) of 7.62mm NATO size.

Swatklip BT Rifle Grenades
Notes: These are modern Bullet Trap rifle grenades produced by South Africa for the SADF and export. Two types are produced (or three, if you count the practice version): an antipersonnel version and an antiarmor/dual-purpose version. They can be fired using almost all types of ammunition except AP or SLAP rounds; if one of those types of rounds is used, the bullet will pass through the body of the grenade without arming the grenade. They can be fired from any weapon capable of using rifle grenades.
